Women as War Criminals- Dr. Izabela Steflja

Dr. Izabela Steflja gave a lecture based on her co-authored book, Women as War Criminals as part of the collaboration between the University of Oklahoma's Center for Peace and Development and Security in Context.

Izabela Steflja is a Professor of Practice in Political Science at Tulane University. She is also Faculty in Residence at Wall Residential College, Faculty Fellow at the Newcomb Institute for gender equity, and member of the Violence Prevention Institute at Tulane.

Dr. Zermarie Deacon is an Associate Professor of Human Relations at the University of Oklahoma.
