Sohrab Behdad is Professor of Economics at Denison University. From 1973-1983, he worked in the Faculty of Economics at Tehran University, and he is a founding member of the Iranian Association of University Professors. He is coauthor of the books Class and Labor in Iran: Did the Revolution Matter? (Syracuse 2006) and Islam and the Everyday World: Public Policy Dilemmas (Routledge 2006), among many other publications.
