Dr. Heidi Peltier on Falling Profits, Monopoly Power and Arms Manufacturers

Dr. Heidi Peltier explains her research project on the strategies of arms manufacturers to respond to falling rates of profit. Dr. Peltier is the Project Director of the Costs of War (Twenty Years of War) project at Boston University and a Fellow at the Pardee Center for the Study of the Long Term Future.
