Cultural Attitudes and Vaccine Resistance: Sustainability and Justice for Vaccination Interventions in a Global Pandemic - with Dr. Elaine Hsieh and Dr. Eric M. Kramer.

Dr. Elaine Hsieh is a Professor of Communication at the University of Oklahoma, as well as a visiting professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is an award-winning author, a Fulbright Scholar, and an NIH-funded researcher. Her publications are extensive, examining intersections between culture, language, health, and medicine in interpersonal and cross-cultural contexts. She is the co-author of "Rethinking Culture in Health Communication."

Dr. Eric M. Kramer is a Presidential Professor of Communications at the University of Oklahoma and an Affiliate Professor of Film and Media Studies and International and Area Studies. He has research specialities in intercultural and cross-cultural communication and phenomenology. He is the co-author of "Rethinking Culture in Health Communication."

Host Val Biwa is a Doctoral Candidate and Director of Principles of Communication at the University of Oklahoma.

Host Kyle Hammonds is a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Communications at the University of Oklahoma.
